The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, a refrigerator, microwave, grill, coffee pot, electric burners (no oven) and condiments. The bathroom is fully stocked with towels and bathroom necessities. Beach towels provided. 3 kayaks, and 3 SUP available for use (free). You truly just need to show up with your clothing and you are all set! Please note: My home is on the same property. There is not a lot of yard space but you do have your own patio with grill and table.
